Georgios discovered Nonviolent Communication (NVC) in 2014, and it became a life-changing turning point. With 43 days of certified NVC training, including 16 days specifically in mediation, he has facilitated workshops and conferences reaching more than 1,000 participants at organizations such as DuPont de Nemours, Celanese, the International Service for Human Rights (ISHR), and Geneva-based cooperatives.
Until August 2025, Georgios worked as a senior R&D professional at the DuPont and later the Celanese Geneva laboratories. Over the last 20 years of his career, he was part of teams promoting a strong Respect for People culture. Within this scope, Georgios introduced and integrated Nonviolent Communication into the company.
In August 2025, Georgios fully transitioned into his vocation as a professional mediator, founding Swiss Mediators to make NVC-based conflict resolution more widely accessible. At the same time, to promote NVC mediation to a broader audience, he created and commercialized the board game Ultimediation.
He now collaborates with a trusted network of certified NVC trainers, continuing his mission to help people resolve conflicts with compassion and clarity.
